LFC-101:
Lapinus®LFC-101 is a cleaned
engineered mineral fibre.
It’s short fibre length results in
excellent dispersion properties during dry mixing, even when
used in high fibre loads. This product is based on the
Roxul®1000 chemistry with a high
biosolubility.
Advantages:
Δ Chemical composition; Shot content;
Fibre length
RB250:
The percentage of non-fibrous material>125 microns is
with a maximum of 1% very low.
Advantages:
Δ Rockbrake®RB250-Roxul®1000 gives formulation
the opportunity to decrease the use of other fibres in the
matrix (aramid, steel, glass, ceramic, copper, brass),
resulting in significant cost savings on a price per volume
base.
Δ Rockbrake®RB250-Roxul®1000 is consistent in
quality terms of: Chemical composition; Surface treatment;
Purity; Fibre length.
RB215:
The percentage of non-fibrous material>125 microns is
with a maximum of 0.2% very low.
Advantages:
Δ Rockbrake®RB215-Roxul®1000 also positively
influences the following parameters: Material wear; Noise and
vibrations
Δ Rockbrake®RB215-Roxul®1000 is consistent in
quality in term of: Chemical composition; Surface treatment;
Purity; Fibre length.
Δ Using Rockbrake®RB215-Roxul®1000 gives
formulation the opportunity to decrease the use of other
fibres in the matrix (aramid, steel, glass, ceramic, copper,
brass), resulting in significant cost savings on a price per
volume base. |
